Brief Description of our Company
	Celesa, founded in 1952, initially produced rice straw pulp utilising the residue of the regional rice crops from the delta of the Ebro river. Soon thereafter production was shifted to flax and hemp pulp due to the requeriments of the market, with sisal and abaca pulps being developed during the 1980's. We have recently introduced jute, cotton and kenaf in our continued effort to accommodate the market and effectively serve our clients. Investmens in new technology and equipment are focused in improving our production methods and process control, achieving these objectives with environmental compatibility and in compliance with ISO-9000 requirements.
